Courtney Koebele, JD is the Executive Director. Courtney works to maintain the Association’s focus on the demands of the healthcare industry and how it impacts physician practices. Her emphasis is focused on local, statewide, regional and national advocacy efforts, membership development and budget management. You can contact Courtney at: ckoebele@ndmed.com

Leann Benson serves as the Chief Operating Officer and has countless behind-the-scenes duties. She is responsible for all accounting and reporting procedures for NDMA, NDMA PAC, North Dakota Medical Research Foundation. She works directly with numerous North Dakota specialty societies, organizing meetings, events, and continuing medical education (CME) program activities. Donna Thronson serves as the Communications Director, and is charged with developing and managing all communications initiatives and activities.
